Job Summary
Relationship Manager responsible for delivering dedicated/individual coverage to LME Group members and prospects. Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop tailored client-management strategies, nurture relationships at all levels, support onboarding and documentation, ensure accurate and timely responses, and coordinate with internal teams to enhance member experience. Requires deep knowledge of exchange trading, clearing services, and post-trade operations, understanding of KYC/AML policies, and strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; ability to build relationships internally and with external stakeholders and to manage ongoing membership needs and regulatory considerations.
