Job Summary
Relationship Manager responsible for delivering individualized banking services, assisting customers with new accounts and consumer lending needs, and supporting digital banking channels. Must communicate clearly, demonstrate integrity, and build strong relationships; responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, learning customers’ financial needs, offering bank products, cross-selling where appropriate, and maintaining confidentiality. Requires knowledge of lending, payment systems (ACH), and banking policies; office-based professional environment with standard equipment and regular hours.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years customer service/sales experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- office environment skills (computer skills and use of office equipment)
