Job Summary
Relationship Manager role within Franklin Templeton's Client Service/Business Development team focused on private credit products (CLOs, bank loans, direct lending). Responsibilities include monitoring investor requests and timely follow-up, drafting and issuing investor deliverables, supporting central investor communications and reporting, event preparation and execution, and facilitating client events such as due diligence meetings and audits. Collaboration with senior team members and product specialists to respond to investor inquiries in English, translating and translating requirements from Japanese investors, supporting firmwide investor events, maintaining information, creating marketing materials, and assisting with RFP/Q&A processes. Requires a detail-oriented, process-focused professional with knowledge of credit products, and strong communication skills in Japanese and English; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools; and the ability to manage deadlines in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in investor relations or client service within financial services
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of credit strategies and private credit products
- Native-level Japanese and fluent English communication
- Experience with Salesforce, MSD, or other CRM tools is a plus
