Relationship Manager, FI

Senior Relationship Manager for Financial Institutions in Beijing, responsible for managing credit and client portfolios, driving revenue through strategic account structuring and cross-selling, and coordinating with Global Transaction Services and Global Markets to expand wallet share across institutional cash, trade, and treasury derivatives. Role involves end-to-end relationship cultivation, ecosystem orchestration between clients and product/operations teams, complex credit analysis and reporting, market origination of capital markets and hedging solutions, and robust risk and regulatory governance (CDD, KYC, transaction monitoring) with a strong emphasis on China’s financial market policies. Requires deep sector knowledge of Banks and NBFIs, proficiency with FICC and derivative documentation (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA), and fluency in English and Mandarin for institutional client interactions. Educational baseline includes a university degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related quantitative field; MBA or CFA/FRM is highly advantageous.
