Job Summary
Build a client portfolio by acquiring intermediaries in Germany, specifically licensed EAMs, MFOs, and KVGs, for LGT Bank AG in Vaduz. Advise and support these intermediaries as a trusted partner to help them achieve their entrepreneurial objectives. Continuously develop and manage the client portfolio while presenting suitable solutions and implementing them through professional project management. Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and standards to contribute to an effective risk culture, and further develop the existing product and service offering. Contribute to building a new client coverage unit within the Intermediaries business segment. This role requires a completed degree in business administration or banking apprenticeship, several years of EAM experience, and excellent German and English skills. Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration and/or banking apprenticeship with a relevant additional qualification
- Several years of experience in the EAM business, fund distribution or a multi-family office
- Proven seniority in serving wealth management clients or working with a demanding professional or institutional client base
- Excellent knowledge of financial products
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Very good English skills
- Sound expertise in risk management and compliance
- Experience in project management
