Job Summary
Relationship Manager at Alpine Bank serves as a key liaison between location officers and back-office lending personnel, coordinating loan documentation, disbursements, andClosing activities. Responsibilities include booking new loans and renewals, gathering required documentation, preparing loan packets, managing past-due and maturing loan lists, assisting with collections, reviewing loan documents prior to closing, coordinating with title companies and loan admins to clear requirements, and providing excellent customer service. Requires strong communication, knowledge of banking policies and compliance, proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office, and an associate degree (AA) or equivalent experience (or 3+ years in a related role). Valid Colorado driver’s license and an NMLS license are required. Notary Public is a plus. The role involves working in a fast-paced office environment with potential weekends or after-hours as needed, and includes interaction with customers and lenders throughout the loan lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- An Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two year college or technical school, or knowledge typically gained through a minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible experience in a high demand, multi-tasked professional administrative or secretarial position; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Colorado Drivers’ License, required.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid NMLS License, required.
