Job Summary
As a Relationship Manager, you will actively cultivate new customer relationships focused on high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and institutions. Responsibilities include comprehensive management of client relationships, ensuring compliance with 'Know Your Customer' processes, and collaboration with the Client Service Team for client acquisition. You are expected to contribute to the growth of the existing customer base, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and comply with internal and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have a university degree, substantial experience in banking, particularly in customer care, and excellent networking skills.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent education
- Several years of practice in banking and securities business in customer support
- Very good knowledge of wealth management products/services
- Experience in customer acquisition
- Strong sense of responsibility regarding important clients
- Solid capital market knowledge and ability to explain economic contexts
- Fluent in German and English
