Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across key industries while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts by conducting financial and credit analysis, preparing quality credit proposals, and cross-selling banking products to drive growth in deposits, loans, and revenue-generating assets. Execute business development plans to acquire new clients and identify emerging opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor portfolio performance, mitigate credit risks, and prepare periodic reports on pipeline and asset quality. This role requires 5–8 years of experience in corporate banking and offers a highly competitive base pay package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other related field from a recognized university
- 5–8 years' relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Relationship Management, or Business Development within the banking sector
- Proven track record in business acquisition, deposit mobilization, and portfolio management
- Experience in credit analysis and structuring of banking solutions for corporate clients
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed business targets
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills
- Strong credit analysis and financial statement interpretation skills
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking applications
