Job Summary
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify, develop, and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your portfolio to contribute to revenue growth and EBITDA performance. Deliver valuable insights and recommendations via client presentations, commercial analysis, financial modelling, and trend identification. Support governance and compliance requirements while championing best practice and operational excellence across client accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to identify efficiencies and enhance the overall client proposition. This role requires a commercially astute professional with experience in share plans or financial services, based in Dublin (Hybrid) with flexibility to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Proven relationship management and business development experience
- Ability to identify and deliver commercial growth opportunities within existing client portfolios
- Strong industry and commercial awareness
- Experience within share plans, employee benefits, financial services, or a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of commercial drivers
- Confidence managing complex stakeholder environments
- Ability to spot opportunities for growth
- Ability to balance client needs with business objectives
- Excellent analytical and financial acumen
- Experience producing costings, commercial proposals, financial models, and data-driven recommendations
- Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience engaging senior leaders and decision-makers
- Strong project management capabilities
- Strong risk management capabilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Confidence using the full Microsoft Office suite
