Job Summary
Handle current portfolio of Commercial Vehicles and manage the loans of Commercial (Used/New). Responsible for the entire vehicle loan process for customers, EMI and arrears follow-up, and dealer/customer relationship management. Develop new market areas, gather market information, and work to onboard new dealers to generate sales. Maintain good relations with dealers and existing clients. Identify bottlenecks in the customer life-cycle and share insights with the product desk. Knowledge of CV, LCV, and Refinance, plus dealership networks in the local market. Requires Post Graduate Diploma in Management and strong interpersonal, stakeholder, and team-management skills along with solid financial acumen.
Required Qualifications
