Job Summary
Relationship Manager for Commercial Real Estate in Seattle, responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial real estate clients, acquiring and deepening profitable client relationships, coordinating with Product Specialists, and delivering financial solutions. Requires strong credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, and knowledge of real estate financing; role involves cross-selling and collaboration with internal teams (Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Wealth Management, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services) to design & deliver solutions. Must possess sales, marketing, leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills; 5+ years of CRE/Institutional financing experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in commercial real estate project lending and institutional financing
- Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Real Estate is preferred or equivalent experience
