Job Summary
Manage an extensive portfolio of clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion, providing advice and financial solutions to Global Commercial Banking clients. Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing connections while interpreting financial statements to assess company conditions. Collaborate with teammates across Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management to design and deliver tailored financial solutions. Lead dialogues on industry trends, alternative capital structures, and general business issues for complex clients. Requires 5+ years in commercial real estate project lending and Institutional Financing, with Series 7 & 63 licenses obtained within 180 days. 1st shift, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in commercial real estate project lending and Institutional Financing
- demonstrated sales, marketing and leadership skills including ability to maintain effective working relationships with underwriting partners, portfolio manager partners, relationship administrators, Credit Risk Manager, support staff and other associates
- credit underwriting skills
