Job Summary
Relationship Manager responsible for the build-out and growth in lending to SMBs and Mid Market clients across C&I, CRE, and/or Fund Finance/PE; identify new relationships for working capital lending; structure commercial credit transactions; oversee preparation of consolidated credit and portfolio information; analyze credit and risk impacts of new proposals; drive profitability by independent evaluation of financial impact and pricing; monitor credit quality; participate in joint calls with business partners to develop customer relationships and support product sales across lines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, credit-related field
- 10+ years of increasingly diverse or complex applications in finance targeting the same or similar clienteles in Small Business, Start-Ups and Mid Market.
- MBA a plus and/or significant experience in a consumer, commercial, real estate, private equity, and/or venture capitalist finance environment are strongly preferred.
- 5+ years with direct experience with C&I, CRE, PE/Fund Finance lending (loan sizes between $1million to $10million).
- Demonstrates an advanced level of knowledge in both core and specialty industry lending products and services.
