Job Summary
Track client actions and activities to ensure high-level service, presenting time-sensitive updates to the team and monitoring satisfaction metrics. Attend client review meetings to assist with relationship deepening conversations and execute the team service model by engaging specialists to address specific needs. Manage the client relationship process, including onboarding and resolving escalations, while assisting with meetings related to investment strategy, account performance, and new products. Support the Financial Advisor team in developing and monitoring client book segmentation strategies. This role requires Series 7 and 66 licenses, SAFE Act registration, and Form ADV -2B maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Either Series 7 and 66 licenses or Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses
- Must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support
- SAFE ACT Registration
- Maintain a Form ADV -2B
- Maintain at least one firm approved designation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the suite of Wealth Management products and services
- Proven ability to manage risk and support sound decisions
- Ability to research escalated client issues for response/resolution
- 1st shift availability
- 40 hours per week availability
- Onsite work availability in accordance with workplace excellence policy
