Job Summary
Relationship Manager for a portfolio of Commercial clients in banking, responsible for developing and maintaining commercial relationships to drive loans (Commercial and Industrial), deposits, and banking products. Supports Center sales and service to retain existing relationships and grow new ones, contributes to Center earnings and growth, and ensures compliance with Bank policies, CRA objectives, and audit procedures. Requires collaboration with the Manager on budgets and service delivery, strong personal sales efforts to meet Center goals, and a focus on delivering The Citizens Experience Customer Service through teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Four year college or university program degree; or three (3) to five (5) years Commercial Banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
