Job Summary
Develop, explore, and maintain strong relationships with large-sized corporate clients by understanding their business models and key industry drivers. Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities to expand client relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored financial solutions. Actively monitor client accounts and portfolios to address issues or changes in needs while ensuring full compliance with bank policies and regulations. Explore and onboard fresh relationships to the bank. Requires relevant client-facing banking experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with banking products and regulations. Located in Shanghai, PR China, this full-time role is within DBS, a leading financial services group recognized as "World's Best Bank" and "World's Best Digital Bank."
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and loyalty with/from clients
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and present the clients' performance
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to providing excellent client service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
- Familiar with the Bank's products and banking related regulation/policy
- Ability to explore and onboard the fresh relationship to the Bank
