Job Summary
Develop and manage relationships with secondary schools, employers, and industry partners to grow VETiS and B2B enrolment pipelines. Identify new opportunities and nurture existing partnerships by representing APC at schools, careers expos, networking events, and industry forums. Guide prospective students from initial enquiry through to successful enrolment while maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and forecasting. Work collaboratively with Marketing, Student Administration, Training, and Operations teams to improve engagement processes and ensure seamless student onboarding experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business development, account management, relationship management or partnerships
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence presenting to schools, employers and industry groups
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a genuine focus on results
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, VETiS programs or workforce development
