Relationship Manager, AVP within State Street Investment Management's US Institutional Client Coverage Group. The RM delivers exceptional client experience across the full lifecycle of assigned institutional client relationships, supports retention, and identifies opportunities for growth. Works with a collaborative client coverage team to diagnose issues, solve problems, and coordinate with internal partners across Client Coverage Group, Client Business Office, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to support onboarding and change events while ensuring client goals are met. Requires strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on managing complex client relationships and driving client engagement and growth.
