Job Summary
Onboard new clients and grow existing accounts through personalized voice and social media support while meeting and exceeding personal and team KPI targets. Develop trusting relationships with active portfolios by delivering investment advice, staying updated on global economic indicators, and translating complex financial data into understandable insights. Research prospects, prepare sales activities, and cooperate with departments to resolve issues and complaints promptly. Continuously improve knowledge of financial markets, update management reports, and provide feedback on customer needs and frustrations. Adhere to all compliance and security requirements while displaying behaviors aligned with core values.
Required Qualifications
- Native Arabic
- Fluent in English
- Expertise in Forex Markets: Deep understanding of forex trading, currency pairs, and the factors that influence their dynamics
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial markets, economic indicators, and an understanding of macroeconomic trends
- Client Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage wealthy clients and meet their expectations
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial regulations and licenses relevant to forex trading, depending on the region
- Experience working in sales for a CFD broker
- University degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant field)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively network with stakeholders, handle multiple tasks and track and report on progress
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment
- Be proactive, show initiative and desire to drive continuous improvement
- Energetic team player, with a positive outlook in the workplace

- Experience managing a sales team at a CFD broker
