Job Summary
Solicit sales of all lending products and related cross-selling under the Direct Channel and Group Enterprise Banking. Achieve individual targets while supporting the Sales Manager in meeting team goals. Maintain relationships with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, and valuers. Ensure lending applications and required documentation comply with credit, business operational, and regulatory processes. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, or Accounting required; 2-3 years sales experience preferred. Possess relevant insurance licenses. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting or related discipline
- Possess relevant insurance licenses
- Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good time management
- Able to work independently with self-initiative or without much supervision
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Competent in basic analysis of company and personal financials
