Relationship Manager for Advyzon responsible for owning a portfolio of Core RIA client relationships, driving retention, platform adoption, and positive client health outcomes. Coordinates across Support, Consulting, Product, and Sales to ensure client needs are addressed, conducts value-based conversations, and leads renewal and expansion efforts. Role emphasizes proactive engagement, client-health monitoring (adoption, usage depth, CSAT/NPS, renewal timing), and qualification for Enterprise segmentation as firms scale; strong communication, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to improve advisor productivity and firm growth on the Advyzon platform.
