Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with partner establishments in the assigned territory; serve as the primary contact to maximize success with Accel’s gaming offerings; conduct regular site visits to provide support and gather feedback; educate partners on gaming products, compliance requirements, and promotional programs; analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities to drive retention and revenue; collaborate with marketing to plan customized on-site materials; travel up to ~50% to visit locations and support partners.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales, business development, marketing, or a customer-facing role
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Terminal Handler License through the Illinois Gaming Board
- Minimum 21 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales, business development, marketing, or a customer-facing role
- Hospitality, restaurant, bar, entertainment, gaming, or related service industry experience preferred
- Gaming and gambling industry knowledge preferred but not required
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
- Valid driver''s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Terminal Handler License through the Illinois Gaming Board
- Minimum 21 years of age
