Job Summary
As a Relationship Management Associate, you’ll support the lending process by building strong customer relationships and delivering fast, accurate administrative expertise that strengthens decisions and elevates the customer experience. Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, help identify needs and opportunities, coordinate front desk and office operations, answer inquiries professionally, and contribute to value and sales opportunities. This role emphasizes relationship-building in an agricultural/agribusiness context and requires effective communication in English (and French as an asset).
Required Qualifications
- A diploma in business
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships (with customers, centres of influence, or community partners)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
