Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer experience as a Relationship Guide at the Bel Air branch by handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, official checks, and other transactions while educating customers on bank products and digital tools. Educate customers on online banking and ATM PIN resets; follow cash handling and security procedures; process a variety of transactions including CDs, ACH stop payments, currency transaction reports, and debit card orders. Engage customers to understand needs, learn and promote products, and support a personal-touch customer experience. Requires standing for much of the day, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of customer service experience; strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; team-oriented with professionalism and integrity. Beneficial skills include basic computer proficiency and ability to adapt to various branch locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of customer service experience; cash handling experience preferred
