Job Summary
Relationship Executive in Technology Banking (Executive Director level) focused on acquiring and retaining profitable client relationships within the Innovation Economy Technology Banking team.负责 growing relationships in the Commercial and Specialized Industries group, delivering the full firm across credit and payments, building market brand, developing new business, leveraging a strong referral network, managing risk, and staying current on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of related experience
- Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Understanding and interest in high growth software, payments, ecommerce and marketplaces
- Excellent sales management and business development skills
- Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
