Job Summary

To drive sales and achieve business targets, the Relationship Executive will proactively reach out to potential clients, manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle for home loans, and build strong relationships with connectors and builders. Responsibilities include achieving monthly sales targets, converting digital leads into loan sanctions and disbursements, organizing and tracking potential leads, and ensuring compliance with audit and NHB regulations. The position requires effective management of internal and external customer satisfaction, as well as providing feedback to the product and policy team to enhance market competitiveness.

  • Ability to manage customer relationships

  • Experience in managing sales lifecycle for home loans
