Job Summary
Relationship Executive in the Multinational Corporations group focused on client acquisition and ongoing relationships for North American subsidiaries of foreign-headquartered companies. Partners with Product, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Core to solve client challenges in automation, risk management, working capital, and cash management. Drives new client opportunities, cross-border collaboration, and high-caliber relationship management with senior stakeholders; requires strong communication, sales achievement, teamwork, and a client-centric mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Eight + years' direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
