Job Summary
Relationship Executive for Multinational Corporations/Executive Director role focusing on client acquisition and ongoing relationships within JP Morgan's Multinational Corporations group. Drives collaboration with product partners, Corporate Client Banking, and Global Corporate Banking to solve clients' cross-border needs in automation, risk management, working capital, and cash management. Requires a customer-centric mindset, strategic relationship building, and the ability to mobilize internal resources to meet aggressive sales goals while maintaining high professional standards and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Eight + years' direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
