Job Summary
Relationship Executive in Mid-Corporate Banking focusing on new client acquisition and deepening a portfolio of relationships within the Mid-Corporate Banking target market (revenues typically $100M-$2B). Acts as primary interface with Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team and between our financial sponsors team and portfolio companies; grows profitability and maintains relationships; champions customer-centric innovation; stays abreast of industry trends and opportunities; drives efficiency through automation and new technologies; collaborates with internal partners and resources to meet sales goals and strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Seven plus years of lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting; proven client relationship skills with ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to establish credibility and strong partnerships with senior business and control partners
- Deep local connections and market knowledge
- Corporate finance expertise and strong transaction execution skills
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
