Job Summary
Relationship Executive within the Commercial Banking and Specialized Industries Insurance Services team, acting as an individual contributor to grow the business by developing new clients and deepening existing relationships. Works with Managing Director and Insurance Services teammates to evolve discipline strategy, execute initiatives, and drive advisory, capital markets and top payments opportunities with Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets, Financial Sponsors Group, Transaction Development and Payments partners. Responsible for executing operating rhythms, data analysis, report distribution, and internal communications; guiding Insurance Services teammates; managing a comprehensive Credit Book across sub-sectors; maintaining client/prospect prioritization lists; identifying industry trends for strategic partnerships; developing and managing Salesforce dashboards; and traveling for in-person banker training and business development meetings with clients and prospects.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Insurance Services business model
- Seven plus years direct lending or credit support related experience, with a focus on business relationships
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM system
- Advanced understanding of Commercial Banking credit and treasury products
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding goals; proven top individual contributor
- Sales management and business development skills
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
