Job Summary
Relationship Executive in Healthcare Services Banking focused on client acquisition and ongoing relationships within the Healthcare Services target space. Leads development and retention of profitable client relationships, collaborates across the Commercial Bank and Specialized Industries group, and leverages firm resources to deliver banking solutions. Responsibilities include staying current on industry trends, driving efficiency through technology, and building partnerships with senior business and control partners. Requires extensive banking experience, proven sales performance, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and FINRA licenses (or willingness to obtain within 180 days). Preference for a Bachelor's degree and formal credit training; emphasizes strategic thinking, self-direction, and adaptability to changing business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years with above average performance results in a similar banking role or credit/lending related experience
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
