Job Summary

Relationship Executive responsible for developing and maintaining profitable relationships with not-for-profit health systems, universities/colleges, and not-for-profit organizations within Commercial & Specialized Industries. Works with clients and partners across national Healthcare, Higher Education, Nonprofit footprint—treasury, industry solutions, credit, and other firm resources to deliver banking solutions including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card, and Chase Paymentech. Location-based in Orlando, FL; full-time role focused on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales goals. Must leverage deep local market knowledge and internal networks to advance opportunities, drive innovation, and optimize efficiency through technology while staying aligned with industry trends and strategic partnerships. Strong emphasis on strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building with senior partners across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
  • Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
  • Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
  • Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
  • Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
  • Sales management, business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Strong creative solution, problem solving abilities, flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
  • Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-directed, proactive and creative
