Job Summary
Relationship Executive in Government Banking to acquire, grow and retain profitable relationships within government industry verticals; deliver value-added financial solutions, coordinate with credit support staff and product partners, and act as the focal point of client relationships in a team-based delivery model. Requires seven+ years direct lending or credit support experience, deep knowledge of commercial banking products, strong sales and relationship-management skills, and the ability to collaborate across internal resources. Preference for a bachelor’s degree and formal credit training.
Required Qualifications
- Seven plus years direct lending or credit support related experience, with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Knowledge of the local market
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Sales management and business development skills
- Bachelors degree and formal credit training preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
- Strong creative solution and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
