Job Summary
Relationship Executive in Emerging Middle Market Banking focused on being the focal point for client acquisition and ongoing relationships. Works independently and with partners to present comprehensive solutions, grow and retain profitable relationships within the Emerging Middle Market target space (companies with $20M-$100M in revenue). Responsibilities include championing customer-centric innovation, staying current on industry trends, pursuing automation opportunities, developing weekly revenue-generating sales plans, cultivating referral sources, and institutionalizing relationships and calling. The role requires engaging with CEOs and CFOs, leveraging commercial banking products and services, and driving attainment of sales goals while collaborating with internal resources.
Required Qualifications
- Seven plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Deep local connections and market knowledge
