Job Summary

Relationship Executive in Emerging Middle Market Banking focusing on building and retaining profitable client relationships with companies typically generating $20M-$100M in annual revenues. Responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding relationships, collaborating with internal partners to deliver comprehensive commercial banking solutions, developing a weekly sales plan to generate revenue, cultivating referral sources, and leveraging market knowledge to engage with CEOs and CFOs. Required Qualifications

  • Seven plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
  • Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
  • Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting
  • Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
  • Deep local connections and market knowledge
