Job Summary

Relationship Executive in Emerging Middle Market Banking focused on acquiring and retaining profitable client relationships within the $20M-$100M revenue segment. Acts as the focal point for client acquisition and ongoing relationships, collaborating with internal partners to introduce comprehensive banking solutions to CEOs and CFOs. Develops weekly sales plans to prioritize revenue opportunities and cultivate referral sources while leveraging commercial banking products and services. Requires seven+ years of lending or credit support experience and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Based in Charlotte, NC.

Required Qualifications

  • Seven plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
  • Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
  • Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs
  • Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
  • Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
  • Deep local connections and market knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
  • Sales management, business development skills
