Job Summary
Relationship Executive in Emerging Middle Market Banking focused on acquiring and growing profitable relationships with mid-market companies (revenues typically $20M-$100M). You’ll be the focal point for client acquisition and ongoing relationship management, collaborating with internal partners to introduce comprehensive financial solutions, stay ahead of industry trends, and develop a weekly sales plan emphasizing revenue-generating opportunities while cultivating referral sources and institutionalizing relationships with CEOs/CFOs.
Required Qualifications
- Seven plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Deep local connections and market knowledge
