Job Summary
Relationship Executive in Emerging Middle Market Banking focused on acquiring and retaining profitable client relationships in the 20M–100M revenue band. Responsible for delivering comprehensive financial solutions, collaborating with internal partners, and developing a weekly sales plan to pursue revenue opportunities and cultivate referrals. Requires deep local market knowledge and proven ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs, with emphasis on building and expanding a portfolio through strategic relationship management and innovative use of technology and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Seven plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Deep local connections and market knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
- Sales management, business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Strong creative solution, problem solving abilities, flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
- Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-directed, proactive and creative
