Job Summary
Relationship Executive in Emerging Middle Market Banking focused on acquiring and growing profitable client relationships with companies in the $20M–$100M revenue range. Responsible for introducing comprehensive banking solutions, developing a weekly sales plan to generate revenue opportunities, cultivating referral sources, and collaborating with internal partners to deliver strategic financial advice to CEOs and CFOs while leveraging strong market knowledge and local connections.
Required Qualifications
- Seven plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrated client relationship skills, and ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Deep local connections and market knowledge
