Job Summary
Relationship Executive within the Business Services team focuses on subsectors including Residential and Consumers Services, Waste and Environmental Services, Commercial Services (including Facility Management and Industrial Services). Acts as the focal point for client acquisition and ongoing relationships across a National territory, growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Commercial and Specialized Industries target space. Requires deep knowledge of solutions including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card and Chase Paymentech Solutions; develops market knowledge and partners with colleagues across lines of business to deliver integrated banking solutions. Responsibilities include championing customer-centric innovation, staying current with industry trends, improving efficiency through automation, proactive national coverage, collaboration with internal partners, and serving as the industry expert within Business Services.
Required Qualifications
- Eight plus years’ direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
