Relationship Director - Manufacturing

Conduct lending from term loans to working capital solutions including invoice finance, hire purchase, and trade deposits for SME manufacturing and engineering clients across Essex and Hertfordshire. Grow the portfolio by bringing additional bank propositions to existing clients while managing risk and balancing income, market share, and credit exposure. Develop business opportunities locally, representing the group in the professional community and acting as an ambassador for client and colleague experience improvements. Deliver results through specialist credit knowledge and proactive risk management, supporting wider regional goals within the Business & Commercial Banking team.
