Job Summary
Relationship Director responsible for managing a portfolio of domestic and international HSBC customers, engaging as a trusted partner to help customers realise their ambitions, with a turnover between £15M and £350M and a focus on customer service excellence, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to identify new business opportunities and deliver solutions in Corporate/Business Banking across the Northwest UK.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in Corporate Banking/Business Banking/Financial Services is essential
- Experience and knowledge of Commercial Banking products is essential
- Credit and lending experience is essential
- Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer’s needs and managing complex lending requests is essential
- Comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes would be advantageous
- Be self-driven, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work collaboratively to deliver to deadlines is essential
- Experience in developing opportunities for growth with existing and new to Bank clients is essential
