Job Summary
Develop new business by cultivating relationships with attorneys, CPAs, and financial professionals to generate fiduciary opportunities. Serve as the primary contact for referral partners, facilitating introductions between prospects and Wealth Advisors while responding to time-sensitive situations. Participate in community and industry events to strengthen networks, and educate sources on trust, estate, and wealth management solutions. Document all referral activity and track relationship development efforts. Maintain high-level professionalism and knowledge of fiduciary services to achieve all-win outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success developing professional referral networks and Centers of Influence
- Strong knowledge of fiduciary services, trust administration, estate planning, and wealth management concepts
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple business units
- Strong presentation and networking capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in trust, fiduciary, private banking, wealth management, or estate planning environments
- Professional certifications such as CTFA, CFP®, CFA, JD, CPA, or similar credentials
- Established network of professional referral sources within the market
