Job Summary
Provide back-up coverage when bankers are unavailable, serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, and handle inquiries, research, and special requests. Maintain files and facilitate client-directed transactions, including account closures and maintenance. Support assigned bankers in acquiring new clients by managing new client adoptions, Know Your Client reviews, and deal pipelines. Prepare customized reports and summaries as needed while resolving discrepancies in account transactions. This role requires fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with a bachelor's degree in finance preferred. The position is based in the New York office under a hybrid working model, with a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 in Miami, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree, bachelor's degree in finance related field
- Experience in a related field
- Must be fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese (written and verbal)
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, managers, and peers
- Ability to demonstrate good time management and problem-solving skills by multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Stable under pressure
- Entrepreneurial and highly motivated
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge of all Private Wealth Management products and services, guidelines and procedures
- Ability to research account transactions records to resolve discrepancies and answer questions or provide documentation on client activities
- Ability to work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model
Desired Qualifications
