Job Summary
The Relationship Banking Associate delivers high-quality customer service and responsiveness to ensure fulfillment and satisfaction of both internal and external customers. Responsible for efficient processing of routine transactions and related services in accordance with policy and procedures, and for identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate business partner. Supports basic consumer deposit account opening, may engage with customers in person or over the telephone, and participates in community-related activities (CRA). Requires strong listening and communication abilities, teamwork, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment; emphasizes accuracy, security controls, and collaboration with partner teams to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience
- Excellent listening & communication skills
- Ability to approach, identify and have conversations with customers and identify needs and opportunities
- Organizational, interpersonal and customer relations skills including problem solving and decision-making
- Ability to function in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Proficient computer skills
