Job Summary
Process routine transactions and account servicing duties with high accuracy, including teller transactions, administrative record maintenance, and vault balancing. Engage in consultative conversations to identify customer needs, open deposit accounts, and refer sales opportunities to appropriate business partners. Resolve customer issues and complaints while adhering to security measures and controls to minimize potential losses. Participate in community events supporting the Community Reinvestment Act.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience
