Job Summary
Process routine transactions and associated general customer and account servicing duties with high accuracy, including teller transactions, administrative record maintenance, and daily vault balancing. Engage in referral and relationship management by identifying customer needs through interactive conversations, conducting sales calls to existing and potential customers, and providing support for new deposit account openings. Take ownership to resolve customer issues and complaints while adhering to security measures to minimize potential losses. Participate in community events supporting the Community Reinvestment Act.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
