Job Summary
Process routine and non-routine teller transactions, maintain records, prepare forms, and balance the vault daily. Identify customer needs through interactive conversations to refer sales opportunities and open basic deposit accounts. Conduct sales and service calls to existing and potential customers, resolve complaints, and adhere to security measures. Participate in community events supporting the Community Reinvestment Act. Requires high school diploma, one year of banking experience, and proficiency in computer skills. Full-time or part-time roles with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience
