Job Summary
Process routine and non-routine teller transactions with high accuracy, maintain records, prepare forms and reports, and conduct daily vault balancing. Engage in referral and relationship management by identifying customer needs through interactive conversations, conducting sales and service calls to existing and potential customers, and providing support for new deposit account openings. Resolve customer issues and complaints while adhering to security measures and controls to minimize potential losses. Participate in community events supporting the Community Reinvestment Act.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
