Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch focused on acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships using financial knowledge to tailor solutions. Responsibilities include delivering attentive, friendly service; building trusting relationships through consultative communication; guiding clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); quickly learning products, services, and procedures; collaborating with a team of experts to address complex financial needs; and adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requires 1+ year sales experience in financial services, high school degree or equivalent, and licensing prerequisites (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state licenses) with licensing support within 180 days. Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings. Preferred qualifications include a college degree or military equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorgan Chase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
